Voice Gtw service:local gateway and survivability at the same time

Hi everybody.

We have a ISR 4321 Voice gateway registered in webex calling as a local gateway.

I would like to know, if is it possible to configure this device as a local gateway and survivability and this device works as a local gateway and survivability.

In webex hub I can see the device but it is not possible to assign survivability service while it has a local gateway service.
