Voice Pri crackling

Cisco 2821 with dual Vwic T1 card

Having a probkem with two PRI circuit the voice crakling. Both circuit are running error free. Do the following

1) replace the Dual Vwic card same issue

2) Replaced three DSP cards

3) change the slot from 1 to 3

All internal calls no issues. Only calls that are coming through the both PRI get the crakling. The phone company has tested the circuit ans is poing to the equipment. Can I get any recomendation what to test next.

Hi Jose,

Can you please post the show run of your gateway and specify the IOS version?

Is the gateway on the same subnet of CUCM or is behind a firewall?

Can you reproduce a bad call and issue the show voice call status on gateway?
