voicecap registers

I've got a piece of config which arrived indirectly from a Cisco engineer but I've lost any explanation that came with it. The code is "voicecap entry FAX v293=1 v510=5" and I want to know what v293 and v510 are. I've found other values (v292 and v294) but not these. Can anyone point me at a reference site?

MGCP Calls are failing when recieved on one E1 and immediatly sent out to another E1 on same as5400 running 12.4(5b)

The same calls do not fail when using a AS5300 using IOS 12.3(3a)
