Voicemail ended up in SIP provider mailbox

Hi,

My Boss just told me that one of their voicemail when no one in office picked up the phone ended up in SIP provider mailbox and asked me check on that. I don't know where to start the troubleshooting from. Do I check if the hunt group ends up in local voicemail ? how should I troubleshoot this ? please advice.

First of all check the call flow of the incoming call ,list out the Dial Peer ,translation rules ,Translation pattern directory numbers, etc

Then I would suggest to trace the failed call on the CDR. It will give you the clue about that call details ,Cause codes,Call identifier etc. Then you may check traces.
