Issue Details: We are facing issues with IM & Presence Upgrade.
Error Message :Partition unaligned
Current version : IMP 9.1.1.31900-1
Desired version :IMP 11.0.1.10000-6
Note :This is non OVA deployment.
Any immediate help would be appreciated.

Please cross verify the phone configuration whether the phone is picking the new cucm ip.
Also , you may try doing factory reset on a phone .

We have faced similar issue post CUC upgrade to V11 and the work around below worked..
We followed the below procedure & after that, it started showing the Call Action option under Call Handler – Greetings as well as under Caller Input.

Please make sure that the field "Run On All Active Unified CM Nodes" is checked on SIP trunk. Alternatively you can also check this field on Route list.
If its already checked , please share more details.

Please confirm router B analog 2901 is in the same subnet as of extension 4176. Please check routing between endpoints (Site B router and phone 3490) Is there any region configured between city A and city B ?
