Hi All,
I have one really weird issue with CUCM 10.5.1 regarding Voicemail.I have 3 extensions which are configured with same partitions and CSS etc. But when I dial these number below is what is happening.
CUCM DB replication is good and I have check the route plan report and there are no duplicate numbers. Please advise!!!

So, this is a shared line??
You probably want to dig into CUCM traces to see exactly what is going on.

These were 3 different extensions.
The issue was with DB replication, Replication status was showing good but the publisher data was not getting copied to subscriber for some reason. Opened TAC and copied the current database from PUB to all SUB's and rebooted the cluster which resolved the issue.

You post is confusing. What is 2xxxx? Is this same extension on 3 phones or 3 separate extensions.
Start with DNA and see if your calls are hitting the right number.
