VOIP call not connecting from CUCM to Unity Connection both are 9.1.2

We have a setup for VoIP calls connecting branches branches, a call from one UC Cluster routed to second UC cluster using a GK in between which have these call manager as h323 end points depend on gw prefix. Here in my case the call to second cluster is maturing but if RNA the call tries to connect with unity but then no action simple call disconects, any suggestions please...

Hi Naveen,

Are you using g729 codec between the cluster? Normally Unity use g711. It looks like you need a transcoder.

Check the advertized codec settings in unity connection

Thanks Afsal and Mohit, I opened a TAC case and found that it was due to geolocation policy restriction, and same has been changed and fixed.
