I am troubleshooting voice issue in a call center, there is some delay on Hybrid Voip to the operator work station. I am using Cisco AS5350 VG for voip that is connected to a cisco WS-C2950C-24 where all the workstation are plugged in to.

How I can capture the time stamp of the traffic once it arrives to the VG and once it leaves the Vg. Any help is much appreciated.. Thanks

it does not look that the delay is related to VG , based on the commands entered above, but just want to know if any expert can shine some light on this ..

Thanks again
