Hi to all,
I'm new on Cisco VoIP technology. I'm currently designing a VoIP network to be submitted in one of our clients.
They will be using a Cisco 3845 router with CME. I've given a Catalyst C3560G-48PS for their Data & IP Phones.
My problem is I don't know what IOS image will support the VoIP network design.
Is it Standard Image (IP Base) or Enhanced Image (IP Services).
Can you please help me on this. Thanks!!!
Regards,
Raymond

For Voip "standard image or ip base image" is NOT GOOD.
You would need either an enterprise featureset or voice feature set.
You can also try a tool software advisor given below to select image (Its a lil slow though )

let me know if you are still facing any issues or you have any additonal questions

Thanks for your reply neesharm, but my question is regarding the Catalyst 3560 switch.
Since it's my first time to deploy VoIP, i didn't have an idea on what IOS image to use on the 3560 switch.
Is IP Base image is enough to support the VoIP & Cisco IPTel system or I will instead choose the IP services Image for my 3560 switch.
Hope you can help me on this.
Regards,
Raymond

See ...if you have 128 MB DRam and 16 MB flash on the switch you can go for ADVANCED IP SERVICES feature set.
