Just bought a brand new phone and received it today in the mail. I purchase a CP-8841-3PCC phone to provision with my FreePBX system. When the phone booted up for the first time, it asked to enter a password, so I did. I went to find the IP address and it was listed in the status. I go to login to the Web GUI and it prompts for either User or Admin. No matter which user name is selected, I am left with a loading screen and an authentication failure when logging into the admin account. I used the password that I created on the phone to log in. Is any one able to help? If you need any more information about the phone itself, I will provide you with that info. Pictures attached below.

After some more research I found the problem in this link. I now have access to the Web GUI
