West Africa time-zone in CME

Hello,

I've been through the documentation and I'm aware that Cisco is aware that

" The time shows incorrectly for phones configured  in West Africa during the Summer Time. For West Africa, Summer Time or  Daylight Savings Time (DST) is not used. There is no correct time zone  in this time zone list to account for this time zone. "

The question is... Is there any way that someone can ask Cisco to correct this? This error seems quite simple to solve and it's been continued from CME version to CME version...

Hi Francisco,

It appears that us in the West African time are not worth being included. I am configuring a cme9.1 and thought that after all this year our time-zone would have been included but to up to now nothing.

Its a bit sad really, this should have been solved by now.

Does anyone know a work around.
