What are peoples plans when upgrading voice, on prem or cloud?

Hi Guys

We are due to replace some old analogue telephony on a number of our sites. we currently use CUCM on some of the newer ones.

The question is, what are people mainly doing with their voice, staying on prem with CUCM, or moving to a hosted cloud solution like UCM or some other flavour?

With new flex plan, you can choose on-prem CUCM or cloud UCM, or webex.

Since you already has CUCM running in few sites you can even have a hybrid solution.

Reach out to local Cisco partner or local Cisco  SE. they will provide you a better solution..
