What are the differences between the CP-7841-K9++= and CP-7841-NC-K9= ?

I see that they both are TAA Compliant and made in Mexico.

But there is a big difference in Lead Time and Price.

CP-7841-NC-K9= is Non china Country of origin. AFAIK its manufacture from different location and the price difference could be due to that.
