there is a lot of difference between CUCM 7 and CUCM 10.5

CUCM 10.5 main features

-only supported over vmware

-new licensing model , user based license instead of DLU

-new phones support

-Free Jabber Messaging

-Queue Support in Hunt pilot

-Rich SIP support

-ILS/GDPR

-Self provisioning

-Attendant Console on different Server.

-Rich video support
