What code/number do I use to announce over our internal speaker system in the shop

What code or number do we use to announce over our speaker system in the shop area from our IP 7942. I'm new here and no one knows and we have no manual

The 7942 is a phone.  What kind of phone system is it attached to?  Do you know you looks after your phone system?

You'll have to look at your CME or CUCM configuration, and/or your paging system. No one can answer your question as that can be whatever number you want to use, and configure in your system.
