I work in an environment that already has a full CUCM setup, and help provision new accounts, simple tasks.
We have some left over equipment from decommed offices and I'm wondering what I can do, lab with, any kind of walk through practice labs, etc.
So at a minimum I would like to try and get Call Manager Express on and make a successful call between 2 hardware phones.
I currently have these at my disposal:
2x 3750X 48 port switches
2x older 3750 48port fast ethernet switches
1x older 3750 24port gigabit switch
1x vg224.
I have access to a few 7962, 7841 and 8845 phones.
Also I only recently found out you can virtualize some devices in gns3 supposedly and have them interact with external hardware as well? If so I am definitely interested in trying this out, and maybe start to mess around with vmware as that's something I have had some interest in but had no reason to pursue it.
