Can any one brief it in a simple sentence
TCS ,OLC and MSD in H.245!

TCS terminal capability set - which lists capabilities supported (codecs & dtmf methods). Both endpoints provides the capabilities they support for the call
OLC open logical channel - which asks the endpoint to open a port for media communication
Endpoint responds with a OLC ACK message providing the RTP port number it has opened for communication for that call
MSD is master slave determination between the endpoints

In TCS,What is capabilites meant ?
MSD, On what basis this is determined
Codec and Ip address negotation, Are these comes under TCS?
I am new to this. Please consider, though it is quite old

Capabilties includes codecs and dtmf methods not IP address
