In our environment we run CUBE enterprise via SIP trunks to our carrier. I'm getting users complaining sometimes they have to enter digits more than once in order to join the conference. It's a hit and mis kind of thing. On our SIP profile that's connecting to the CUBE we have "Fall back to local RSVP with Send PRACK if 1xx Contains SDP" enabled. Now on the DTMF signaling Method we have "No Preference" selected, the "SIP Truck Security Profile" has the following checked "Accept presence subscription, Accept Out-of-dialog refer, Accept unsolicited notification, Accept replacement header" checked.
What could cause this issue for some of the digits not to go and some times it will go?
