Where to find Cisco Music On Hold MoH CD

Dear NetPro gurus,

One of my customers has recently bought a pair of brand new Cisco CallManager 8.0.

On top of the 1 x samplewav file as MoH, my customer would like to have the Cisco MoH CD like the ones back in CUCM 3.3.

Is there any method I can order that Cisco MoH CD for them?? Or can I download that CD from CCO??
