OK. Stupid question. My client just gave me a new 2821 ISR that he just ordered from another vendor. He las licenses for CME and CUE. I have never done a "from-scratch" installation of either. My question is, "where do I get the IOS that goes on the router?" It expected it to already be loaded, but it doesn't seem to be. I expected, then, that it would be one of of the CDs that came with the router, but neither the "Cisco Router and Security Device Manager" CD nor the "Cisco UC Express" seem to contain anything. I expected, then, that when I did the licensing bit online, there'd be a link sent to me. But nothing yet, even though I got a response to my licensing request several hours ago. Again, sorry for the noob question, but what now?
