XML error on Model 7920 phone

Greeting.

I have a M7920 phone running on CME v4.1 that has developed an xml error, all of the menus on the phone are scrambled and very much out of whack.

I have the CU utility for the phone, but it refuses to let me log into the phone to reset it.

Is there an alternate way to reset the phone (like we can do for 7940/7960) via a keypad combination?

Otherwise, I am afraid this phone is now junk.
