I am studying how i can add value to my IPT and i was going through this URL: http://www.andtek.com/communications-products-freexml.html . wil i really need a hardware for this application. Can someone educate me on this? I have callmanager 4.1.

Thanks for your response, but you did not say which webpage(URL) I can get the SDK kit. Where can I get the IP Phone Service in this forum. I only want to know how these services can be useful in my IP telephony network. I will be grateful if I get an information that will out me through.
