Hi Folks
I have a corporate Cisco IP 7962 and it is stating "You Have VoiceMail".
I login to Messages with my ID and the system states that I do not have any current or old
voicemail yet the handset MWI is red and the LCD screen has a flashing envelope and states "You Have VoiceMail"

Hi.
Try to dial MWI/off directory number and the light should turn off.
Than leave a new message on your own Mailbox and listen to it and see if light works as expected.

I left a new message, listened to it then deleted it. This seems to have cleared the "You have VoiceMail" issue and the handset is not red anymore. A five Star answer. *****
