Cisco Switch Generating Requests For AAAA Records

I have recently purchased a Cisco SG250-50HP (Firmware 2.4.0.94). To the best of my knowledge I have disabled IPv6 on the entire network including the router, the DNS resolver, as well as the switch. For some reason after setting up the switch I found that it is generating about 500 requests for AAAA records every 10 minutes. Can someone please advise on how I can prevent this?

The requests that is is generating is for AAAA records for time-b.timefreq.bldrdoc.gov, time-c.timefreq.bldrdoc.gov, and time-a.timefreq.bldrdoc.gov. I have tried disabling Main Clock Source as well as manually setting a time but it continues to send the requests.

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

Currently I am using "Main Clock Source (SNTP Servers)" which is set to use time-a.timefreq.bldrdoc.gov, time-b.timefreq.bldrdoc.gov, and time-c.timefreq.bldrdoc.gov.

I understand that the requests are for the NTP services but what I don't understand is why it is requesting for AAAA records when IPv6 should be disabled on the switch.
