vrf upgrade-cli multi-af-mode

I have two ASR 1001-X that i need to upgrade for multiprotocoll vrf support because we are starting
ipv6 commnication.

But, one of these have so many GRE tunnels that it is running on very high CPU.

My question is if this command for upgrading the vrf is processor/memmory intencive?

and my second question, we have BGP peerings going over each GRE tunnel, will these be having flaps?

when you adding more VRF, it required enough head room of processors / memory to accomidate routing tables as seperate.

when you change teh config, the VRF interface go down and comes up this has small impact and reconvergence of BGP establishment.
