Which ios cisco able to deploy SRv6 in eve-ng emulator because i fell in running out of resources issue with ios xr 900 7.3.1.

Try CSR1000v 17.X above code should be ok

I know IOS XR is very heavy resource pull lot.

You are pretty much limited to XRv9k and Nexus 9000v.
