Did Cisco Layer 2 device IPv6 Compbatiblity realy matters ?

If it acts a pure Layer2, it is not concerned about L3 protocol.

Generally speaking yes, however there are some specific cases where you have to careful. For instance, if you are planning to deploy IPv6 Multicast then you will have to make sure Layer2 switches used supports MLD snopping.

You don't NEED an IPv6 capable switch, but consider that a feature rich swiitch that is IPv6 aware can help you better protect your network from misuse and abuse.
For example, consider the whole issue of "First Hop Security" where switches will play a pivotal role.
