Hello santoshluiz,
Did you enable first ipv6 routing globaly with the command: ipv6 unicast-routing?

Hello santoshluiz
Depending on what types of layer3 switches you have, you might need to do a sdm prefer change.
This is true for the 3560/3750's and the like....
Try with "sdm prefer dual-ipv4-and-ipv6 default" - you will need to reboot the switch before the changes are applied. Some switches do not show any ipv6 related commands before you change the sdm prefer.

Hello Santoshluiz
In order to do this in packet tracer you would have to enable ipv6 routing on your layer 3 switch and use the no switchport command to be able to specify an ipv6 address on that interface.
I hope this helps!
