lcp:interface-config#1=rate-limit input 10000000 1000000 1000000 conform-action transmit exceed-action drop

thank you for your answer
i have said the rate limit config in radius over cisco av pair with this attribute :
lcp:interface-config#1=rate-limit output 10000000 1000000 1000000 conform-action transmit exceed-action drop
lcp:interface-config#1=rate-limit input 10000000 1000000 1000000 conform-action transmit exceed-action drop
and the result is with vertual access 4 from show command is below
show interfaces virtual-access 4 rate-limit
Virtual-Access4
Input

params: 10000000 bps, 1000000 limit, 1000000 extended limit

exceeded 0 packets, 0 bytes; action: drop
last packet: 928ms ago, current burst: 203 bytes
last cleared 01:29:49 ago, conformed 4623 bps, exceeded 0 bps
Output
