Following is the output from show buffers input-interface gigabitEthernet 2/0/0 packet
after analyzing this packet i found following fields important.
00:1C:F6:22:E9:54 - DST mac address
01:AD:DE:AD:DE:AD - SRC mac address
37 : ICMP
87 : Neighbor Solicitation
0: 001CF622
4: E95401AD DEADDEAD 86DD6E00 00000020
20: 3AFFFE80 00000000 00000222 83FFFEF9
36: D7C0FF02 00000000 00000000 0001FF83
52: 00018700 38600000 00002001 18F80004
68: 00000000 00006183 00010101 002283F9
84: D7C0FC27 619300
1) According to my understanding ND multicast mac address should start something like 33:33: right ?
2) Doesn't cisco show buffer packet command reveal the actual SRC mac address of the sender ?
thanks in advance ,
Gobinath.

Hi Gobinath,
You are correct in saying that the destination mac address should be 33:33:

Thanks Harold , i'm observing same mac-address on the IPv4 packet hence i can safly assume Cisco buffer resetting the SRC mac address.
