ipv6 routing

I can ping network 2001:4200:acad:5::2 which is the address of the g0/1 on the router from the other network but i can't ping 2001:4200:acad:5::1.Please help me,i have tried ospf and static routing but still can't ping.I can only ping from router to the layer 3 switch.

On the device with the ipv6 address 2001:4200:acad:5::1, do you have a route back to the networks you are pinging from?
