Hello,
My organization is using iPhones for Jabber (calling only), and has recently run into an issue where we have no voice path either way on Jabber to Jabber calls via an MDM managed device running iOS 14. The OS update is the only change to the device. Audio settings in the app and on the device level have not changed and nothing needed to be re-enabled (mic, speaker, etc)
I know it's early, but has anyone else run into any similar issues with running iOS14?

Hello,
We had this problem too. It was caused by a setting introduced with ios 14, which prevented the Jabber app from accessing the local network. To solve the problem you have to open "settings" > "Jabber" and enable "Local Network".
