jabber MRA error: cannot communicate with server; 5222 blocked

we trying to communicate jabber MRA but after entering user@company.com in gives an error message : cannot communicate with server.

CSA tool showed 5222 port blocked.

all other seems ok.
what could be the reason?

Can you telnet into the public IP of the expressway on port TCP 5222 (XMPP) ?

if you can’t this sounds like that public IP might be Behind a Firewall whose TCP port 5222 is closed, pretty much confirming what the CSA tool is already telling you
