We have some Jabber users who are unable to paste images into group chats. They also do not have the "Send a File" and the "Send a Screen Capture" buttons available. This only occurs in group chats, 1 on 1 chats are normal.
This seems to be only affecting some users who are on a VPN, but not all VPN users.

We are using MFT for file transfer
Edit: Have updated client to 12.9.5, problem persists
