Jabber

I would like to remove the key mapping CTRL+W.  This is the commonly used combination to close a web tab.  Unfortunately, Cisco Jabber has it mapped, and I can't find where to remove the mapping.

I mistakenly created a Custom Status and want to delete it. I can't find where I can do this
