How to prevent a user from changing the settings of Cisco Jabber for example he will not be able to turn off the biometric identification?

Thanks for the reply is there a way to prevent users from accessing or changing their settings?

@daviddalwork8 by setting parameter to 'AdminEnabled' , user must use biometric auth. user cannot bypass unless device doesn't support biometric tools.
if you select 'UserDecision' in parameter, user can disable or enable feature.

Thanks for the comment.
In general, and for all settings, is it possible to prevent the user from entering his settings or at least prevent the user from changing his settings?

@daviddalwork8 i dont think that is possible. some settings are user changeable due to requirement of configuring jabber client.

Do you know how I can verify if such an option exists or not? I don't want the users to change settings that will affect information security
