UCCX 12.5 SandBox - LocalMachine Jabber Cannot Find your Services Auto

After having connected to the VPN and successfully turning on xmpp port and restarting tomcat + notification services, I'm unable to log into an agent using Jabber. Not being able to connect to the Jabber app doesn't allow me to log into the browser UI.

I've attempted the following command in CMD:
nslookup -type=SRV hq-uccx.abc.inc

I'm attempting to set-up to have a 3rd party application tests through the XMPP protocols, but being unable to login locally to jabber or through the browser is preventing this.

Thanks for your answer. The remote jabber servers within the sandbox have it available, but my local machine does not. I'm confused as I've never had to do this before when I've used the sandbox several times in the past.

Looking at the information from the jabber server, I used the underline as the manually configured server and it worked:
