I have a customer that has CER for handling 911 calls in their remote locations. This was working fine, according to him, up until they upgraded to 10 or higher. He recently upgraded to CUCM 11 and CER 11 and now it is complaining that he is out of compliance.
I have been told that there is a way to control what subnets CER is interested in for Phones so that he wil be back in compliance.
Can someone point me to where I need to modify the configuration to contain CER's enthusiam in discovering things.
