Can you disable the Duo Windows client from the admin portal?

After installing the duo windows client to protect local and rdp logins, I have a laptop that isn’t asking for Windows 10 credentials. When I’m pressing ctrl+alt+del to open the computer the screen just sits there. Is there a way to disable the client from within the admin portal?

I ended up having to walk through the uninstall documentation via safemode. How do I disable or uninstall Duo Authentication for Windows Logon in Safe Mode?
