Hello, New Duo customer here, just setting things up and figuring them out.
We have our AD integration, test groups and Duo Mobile with Duo for Windows logon working great.
I was a little confused about how Duo Desktop works and I think I have found the answer but I am looking for confirmation. My concern is under Devices, my laptop that I used to login (with MFA) doesn't show up anywhere. Only my cell phone that I installed Duo Mobile on shows up. I think, that is because Duo Desktop only gets involved if we protect a web based application and does nothing really for Windows login?
Is there another way to get laptops/desktops to show up in Duo as endpoints? Like maybe importing through Intune?
Or will they never show up until we start to protect web based apps?
Thank you!

For Duo Advantage and Premier customers desktops/laptops used as access devices show up under Devices > Endpoints in the Duo Admin Panel.

Correct. From the document I linked:
Authentications from applications that do not show a web-based Duo prompt, like Duo Authentication for Windows Logon, do not populate the list of endpoints.

Thank you DuoKristina! We had not setup Duo Central until today so we were not seeing devices until now. If we wanted to make devices trusted without requiring enrollment from the end users through Self Service, I would assume my next step should be importing them in from Intune. Will try that next. Thanks again!
