Cannot reset password for person in Helpdesk Group

Hi,

A user is member of Group “Helpdesk”.

She forgot her password.

How can she reset her password so she can use DUO Web Console.

Hi @endlessknot,

We recently made some changes to the administrator provisioning process. Owner administrators can’t change passwords for other admins anymore. Have the admin who can’t log in use the Forgotten Password self-service link present on the Admin Panel login page to reset her password.
