Hello,
I started to notice that the Duo Active Directory User Sync is failing sporadically (from Automatic sync frequency jobs). The manual sync works fine and the next Automatic sync frequency ones work as well. The reason on the logs is " Sync cancelled: Server shutdown."
Has anyone seem this before?
Thanks,

Hmm, does the Duo Security Authentication Proxy service happen to cycle at the same time? Or a server reboot?

That was my initial thought too. I found no indication that proxy service or server were not available at the time of the event.

Ah, it looks like that message indicates a shutdown from our side because our service cycled (for maintenance, updates, or other reasons under our control), and the next scheduled sync works because the service is back up.
ETA: We're improving this message so it better indicates it's from our side.
