I can't log in to all Facebook accounts with the verification code from duo anymore

Why can’t I log in through the verification code generated by Duo for all my Facebook security two-factor authentication linked to Duo mobile? and I can’t modify the Facebook 2FA method because the 2FA code I entered from the duo is invalid
