Hi guys,
My customer's device has pushed many alarms as below:
RP/0/RP0/CPU0:Jun 22 06:16:26.532 +07: logger[66718]: %OS-SYSLOG-4-LOG_WARNING : PAM: Unable to copy data to peer RP (IP: 172.0.31.1):
RP/0/RP0/CPU0:Jun 22 06:46:50.033 +07: logger[68367]: %OS-SYSLOG-4-LOG_WARNING : PAM: Unable to create /harddisk://cisco_support/ on peer RP (IP: 172.0.31.1):
Can anyone help me to understand these alarms and solve the issues (if needed)
Thanks a lot

Hello @hainesdao0211,
The error message "%OS-SYSLOG-4-LOG_WARNING: PAM: Unable to copy data to peer RP (IP: 172.0.31.1)" suggests that there is a problem with copying data from one RP to another. This could indicate a connectivity issue between the two RPs or a problem with the file system on the peer RP.
The second log advice you that there is a problem with the file system on the peer RP.

So I have another question
How to make these alarm to disappear, which means that the device doesn't pushes them anymore or in another way, the issue is solved?
