I am bit confuse about the utilized Ampere calculation of Router and CISCO Power calculator.
3 power supplies (a9k-3kw-ac-v2) are installed in ASR-9010 and router output showing total 2082 W power being utilized and 38 Amp ( 12.7 + 12.5 + 12.8 ).
I added same line cards/Fan-Trays/RSP into CISCO calculator tool.
In this calculation i received following output.
Typical Output Power (W) : 2680
Output current (A) : 19.70
How router and CISCO calculator calculate their Amp value ?
Why these values are not same or even close ?
which value i should use to consider for breaker rate ( Router Output or Calculator output)?
