An FTTH deployment in Australia (NBN) requires us to tag individual customer traffic with the corresponding 802.1ad S-Tag and C-Tag which terminates on an L2 interface on our ASR1k. To be scalable we want to do this dynamically and DESA looks like the winning solution except the ASR1k does not yet support DESA. We're told that the way to do it is with ambiguous vlans. I'm struggling to make any head way with ambiguous Vlans. Has anyone got experience with the 1K and ambiguous Vlans ? Is that even the way to go ?
