Problem on cellular interface 0/2/0 - ISR 1161

Dears,

I have Cisco ISR 1161 with Cisco IOS XE Software, Version 17.06.05 and we have problem on Cellular interface 0/2/0 that goes down/down all the time. I need help please !

Hi

 The show running-config is helpful sometimes but on this case logs would be more. Can you see any log on the device related to this disconnection?

  But a few things you need to check. Where is this router installed have good coverage for mobile signal?  Does you provide have some problem?

Can you run and share the output put of

debug cell 0/2/0 messages profile

As i know ensure that the cellular interface is properly connected to the cellular network and that the cables and connectors are securely in place or determine if the cellular signal strength is adequate in your location. Low signal strength can cause the interface to go down. Check the signal indicators on your device or use cellular network monitoring tools to assess the signal quality.
