I'm trying to resolve an error we experience when using StartCTC to log into ONS15454 nodes running software release 8.5.2. After entering the credentials for the node and clicking Login, an error window pops up with the following text:
Login failed on (ip address)
Exception = java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: MARCOPOLO_OBJ
I have worked around it in the past by using a Java JRE lower than 1.7 and clearing the CTC cache, but our company is now forcing us to use JRE 8. Any help would be appreciated.
