12410 SIP 501 Led

l'm working on a 12410, i have a SIP 501, i want to confirm that the SIP is working correctly.

tha status and Rate LED of the SIP 501 remain Yellow, and when starting uo the Card, il receive an error Message :

GRPSPA-3-ERROR: slot 7: null TSM proc data

when i make a Show Led, the SPA putted at the SIP 501 slots give : IOS run.

Hi Charaf,

As u told, we couldn't find abt this particular bug id either in cisco.com or in bug decoder tool. But try this troubleshooting tips related to SPA.

Still if ur placing the probs try by rising a TAC,
