What is the difference between 640-910 and 642-611 MPLS exam?

Is the materials for 640-910 exam still be useful for the 642-611 exam?

I'm studying for 611 right now, but from my experience using retired material is very risky (I did it only once, and it was the only exam i failed).

You can always check the exam topics @ http://www.cisco.com/web/learning/le3/current_exams/642-611.html and see if you can answer all of those with your current materials.
